About the role

  • The Coordinator also ensures advisors feel supported throughout their group bookings, triaging their questions to the right people and keeping resources current so help is always quick and accurate.
  • This is a highly operational, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and is excited to improve efficiency and advisor experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Groups training and events calendar, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and alignment across teams.
  • Help oversee the advisor support experience for group bookings, triaging and coordinating with Fora's contractors, and maintaining help center articles so advisors get timely, accurate answers.
  • Own event registration workflows, including setup, tracking, reporting, and attendee communication.
  • Manage and support Cvent for registration, RFP management and reporting.
  • Support execution of group-focused programs, including advisor trainings, intensives, and partner activations.
  • Coordinate and manage group leads within our CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, routing, and tracking across advisor assignments.
  • Contribute to building scalable infrastructure for Fora's growing group business.
  • Throughout, they work cross-functionally with internal teams, advisors, partners, and contractors to deliver a seamless experience across all group-related programming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, group events, hospitality, training coordination, or a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute with precision
  • Experience managing event logistics, registration systems, or training programs
  • Comfort working with tools such as Claude, Omni, Google Workspace, Cvent (or similar), CRM systems, and project management platforms
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and based in NYC or willing to relocate, the role is in office Monday through Thursday in Tribeca

Compensation

  • Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $70K–$85K + equity.
