Nice to have
- Training and experience for this classification are a Master's Degree in Nursing (NP or PA) and
- Three (3) to six (6) years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- License required to practice medicine as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant as outlined by Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 678.375
- CPR certification required

- $61.73 - $78.95 Hourly
