- The targeted hiring range for this position is $17.69 - $22.98 per hour depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee the shift responsibilities of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure smooth and polished service
- Lead the team through clear communication, coaching, support, and accountability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the lounge
- Enforce established systems, policies, and procedures to support consistency and operational excellence
- Assist with training, onboarding, and developing team members to maintain a knowledgeable and service-focused staff

- The ability to lead by example and foster a polished, team-oriented culture
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant or lounge service
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and six months to one year related experience/training in a premier restaurant, lounge, or banquet facility
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Must be able to relate to all different types of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

- $18k-$23k
