Responsibilities
- The ability to help the company drive greater value through understanding the business, making complex decisions and creating the new and different
- working with a supportive excellent HR team and other support functions that are also working remotely
- Improve the organization capacity and capabilities through building collaborative relationships, optimizing diverse talent and utilizing positive communications and influence with others
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience with designing, recommending, and implementing executive incentive compensation programs (e.g. short-term and long-term incentives).
Nice to have
- Preparing and presenting materials to the compensation committee of the board
Compensation
- Salary range $172k - $222k+ based on experience
Benefits
- Experience supporting or influencing union benefits negotiations and resolving union grievances regarding benefits offered.
- Demonstrated understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and SOX‑related controls for benefits programs.
- Experience managing benefits administration through external partners and platforms (e.g., Paycom, Benefitfocus).
- Experience managing global and local brokers and supporting benefit decisions for countries in which we operate.

- 10-15 years of progressive benefits management experience in benefits policy design, governance, compliance and administration globally.
