About the role

This role is responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service for military and defense-related programs.
This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week in our Dallas, Texas office and one day per week working remotely.

Manage customer expectations regarding order status, lead times, inventory availability, and delivery schedules
Enter, review, and manage customer orders within ERP systems
Review customer documentation requirements and maintain accurate records
Maintain compliance with company policies regarding classified, controlled, and technical information

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner
Monitor orders through the entire fulfillment process from receipt to shipment
Coordinate with planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
Identify and communicate potential supply chain disruptions, delays, or shortages
Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply
High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
2+ years of customer service experience required, preferred experience in a business-to-business environment
