Responsibilities

  • You will join TRM's Legal team and build a new government-contracts function, partnering closely with the CLO and counsel.
  • AI-native approach: you use AI daily to analyze solicitations, manage obligations and build repeatable reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible US government contracts experience, including independently administering federal prime contracts through award, modifications, performance and closeout.
  • Practical knowledge of FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, task and delivery orders, and applicable subcontract flowdowns, with sound judgment about when to involve counsel.

  • Operating with a high degree of ambiguity
