About the role

This position will report to the INR Pricing Manager and will assist in carrying out strategic and operational initiatives to enhance INR commercial sales processes globally.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strong communicator and collaborator, detail-orientated, well-organized, and deadline driven.
Assists INR Pricing Manager with various initiatives around deal quoting tools, pricing agreements, system enhancements and process improvements.

Strong computer skills with high levels of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Well organized with ability to handle and complete multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience & education) with at least 2 years of finance-related experience in Commercial Sales Administration/Operations.
Strong communication (written and verbal), financial, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience working directly with field sales teams in a MedTech capital sales support role is a plus.
Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
Team player and strong collaborator.
