Requirements

  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required.

  • Job Description Responsible for direct management of one or more teams within Credit Products, typically across multiple markets.
  • May structure and advise clients or be responsible for the execution of credit.
  • May manage the diligence/approval process.
  • Able to assess industry dynamics to advise on the best solutions.
  • Participates in client and prospect calls in conjunction with Relationship Banking for the most significant and/or complex clients.
  • Oversees the internal credit approval process, loan documentation and closing.
  • Responsible for the direct management of one or more teams of employees to handle all aspects of the credit process.
  • PNC also has fundamental expectations of our people managers.

Compensation

  • $15k-$25k
