About the role
- Interested candidates will have opportunities to work shifts at regional hospitals, provide telemedicine services as well as working day shifts
- The nocturnist schedule is produced quarterly, and providers can request time off each quarter; holidays are managed on a rotation basis
- Saint Luke's Hospital is the primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Medical School; opportunity for academic appointment through UMKC, commensurate with level of experience
Responsibilities
- The schedule prioritizes patient-centered care and provider work-life balance, with added support from our new e-hospitalist telemedicine component
Requirements
- Ideal candidates will have a high degree of training and expertise with inpatient care, as well as excellent communication skills
