Responsibilities
- We do this by engaging each of our scholars in a restorative, relevant school experience that prioritizes personalized academic support, well-being, and preparation for the post-Maya pathway of their choice.
- Student Intake, Enrollment & Records Management Manage daily intake and withdrawal processes.
- Maintain accurate student information system records.
- Develop Individual Graduation/Academic Plans (MOUs), including the completion of community service hours.
- Support credit recovery and alternative pathways.
- Collaboration & School Support Participate in SST and IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with staff and correctional personnel.
- Social-Emotional & Transitional Counseling Provide short-term counseling support.
- Support goal setting and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with staff and families.
