Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, using different clientele tools to cultivate brand loyalty
- Ensuring every client is placed into CRM system and developing strong client relationships
- Passion for developing client relationships with strong interpersonal communication
- Able to understand and maintain confidentiality of business at the counter

- Must be able to network and build partnerships across all relevant levels
Compensation
- Drive and achieve individual/team objectives and be accountable for sales results to meet and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual sales and IPT goals
- LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
- While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $30.00-$32.00.
