- Reporting to the Director, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Fund Accounting, the Junior Associate Director will oversee the delivery of staff augmentation services supporting one of the largest asset managers in the world.
Responsibilities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of operational efficiencies and best practices.
- Support client onboarding initiatives, new fund launches, process transitions, and special projects.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the client and key internal stakeholders.
- Provide coaching, training, performance management, and career development support to team members.
Requirements
- Experience in fund accounting for alternative investment funds
- Client-facing experience with proven relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently

- Review and analyze financial statements, capital activity, investor allocations, and other fund reporting packages as required.
