- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- As a Field Service Engineer- NETA Testing, is responsible for providing technical expertise in the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical power systems and equipment.
- This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with high-voltage and industrial power systems, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of power distribution systems, high-voltage equipment, and protective relays.
- Proficiency in using electrical test equipment such as power analyzers, relay test sets, etc.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as IEEE, NFPA 70E, NETA, and ANSI.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain necessary work permits or certifications as required.
- Here's what we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Nice to have
- Engineer in Training (EIT)/Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification or working towards certification.
- NETA Level II or higher certification.
- Experience with SCADA systems, PLCs, and automation controls.
