About the role
- You will work inside customer environments, with their data and their stakeholders, to ship production outcomes on Palantir Foundry and AIP.

- SHI is hiring foundational Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver AI and data solutions. You will work inside customer environments, with their data and their stakeholders, to ship production outcomes on Palantir Foundry and AIP.
- You will own technical execution on customer engagements, working alongside an Account Strategist and under the direction of a Technical Lead.

- Deliver production workflows, ontologies, pipelines, and AIP-powered applications inside customer Foundry environments
- Integrate customer data sources (ERP, CRM, legacy systems, APIs) into Foundry and build operational workflows on top of them
- Partner with the Account Strategist to translate business priorities into concrete deployment plans
- Support account expansion by surfacing new use cases during delivery
- Adaptability: Can drive strategic transformations, inspire others to embrace change, and foster a culture of continuous adaptation
Requirements
- Experience working inside customer environments with customer data and customer stakeholders
- Experience integrating enterprise data sources via APIs and connectors
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and operational customer stakeholders
- Experience operating in fast-moving environments with minimal oversight
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise systems
- Ability to travel 40%
