About the role

  • The needs will vary across the two desks.

Responsibilities

  • Gersh is seeking an ambitious Assistant to support two Agents within the Digital department at our New York City office.
  • Provide administrative support, including monitoring emails, screening phone calls, setting calls and meetings across multiple calendars, and managing calendar.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow through.
  • Demonstrated interest in talent/influencers, music, sports, entertainment, and pop culture.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (proficiency in Airtable or another CRM platform is a plus).
  • Willingness to make a two-year commitment + strong interest in the career track to become a Digital Talent agent.

Nice to have

  • Act as liaison for clients with brands and third-party marketing agencies, which includes drafting, sending, and tracking all deal memos and campaign execution.
  • Ad hoc duties for projects as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Prior internships or job experience in the digital landscape is preferred.
  • Some accounting knowledge, skills or experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior time management and multi-tasking skills.

Compensation

  • $21/hour + Full Benefits
