Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance, deep cleaning, testing, adjustments and calibration of all production equipment.
  • Analyze periodic printer test prints to identify and diagnose issues, and perform adjustments and repairs as necessary to maintain print quality and consistency with all other equipment.
  • Manage and perform weekly replenishment of sales inventory needed for production orders.
  • Maintain and replenish consumables and parts needed for production equipment.
  • The Digital Process and Maintenance Technician has a variety of responsibilities to maintain consistent performance, quality, and safety of equipment and software used in the Digital production department.
  • This technician is also to manage and replenish sales inventory needed for production services, and all consumables needed to maintain the equipment in use.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills, including understanding of and ability to convert between the imperial and metric systems.

Skills

  • Microsoft Office Excel and Word software skills.
