About the role
- As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent Re-Bath inside our partner retail locations throughout your assigned market. You'll engage with homeowners, introduce them to our products and services, and help schedule free in-home design consultations.

Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for free in-home design consultations
- Build strong relationships with store associates and store leadership
- Provide product knowledge support, and training to store associates
- Paid training and ongoing support
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Monday-Friday and Saturday availability required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment
- Positive attitude, professional presence, and self-motivated work style
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple store locations
- Ability to deliver Product Knowledge training
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the local market (up to 40 miles per day)
- Must successfully pass a 50-state background check and drug screening
Compensation
- $18.00 per hour + bonus opportunities
