About the role
- The Electronics Assembler I is an entry‑level production role responsible for performing basic assembly, inspection, and packaging of electronic components and subassemblies.
- Working under close supervision, this position follows detailed work instructions and established procedures to assemble products accurately, efficiently, and safely.
- The role focuses on consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools, fixtures, or basic equipment
- Inspection & Quality Support
- Perform basic visual inspections to verify correct assembly and workmanship
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with 5S or similar standards
- Team & Operational Support
- Work with supervisors, leads, and team members to meet production goals
- Support line balancing, rework, or other production needs as directed
Requirements
