About the role

  • The Electronics Assembler I is an entry‑level production role responsible for performing basic assembly, inspection, and packaging of electronic components and subassemblies.
  • Working under close supervision, this position follows detailed work instructions and established procedures to assemble products accurately, efficiently, and safely.
  • The role focuses on consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools, fixtures, or basic equipment
  • Inspection & Quality Support
  • Perform basic visual inspections to verify correct assembly and workmanship
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with 5S or similar standards
  • Team & Operational Support
  • Work with supervisors, leads, and team members to meet production goals
  • Support line balancing, rework, or other production needs as directed
