About the role
- This position will also be responsible for engaging in bilingual interviews in both English and Spanish, translating in-person and phone interview notes into English within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Essential Functions Use staffing software to search and pre-screen applicants for BMW to check eligibility for hire.
- Communicate job offers to ESL candidates and schedule/reschedule orientations.
Responsibilities
- Interviewers support administrative tasks such as data entry, receptionist duties and data processing within company systems.
Requirements
- This is a full-time position with typical work hours being Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Periodic nights and weekends may be required as needed.
Nice to have
- Personal Effectiveness/Credibility
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a professional work environment
- Experience working with the public
- High degree of proven professionalism
- Staffing industry or manufacturing HR experience a plus
- HR certifications or staffing certifications are a plus
- Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Compensation
- Participate in MAU safety activities including annual branch safety projects and required safety training.
