About the role

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Science field / 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in a Science field with 0-2+ years or relevant experience Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP).
  • Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Independently execute work regarding mammalian cell cultures using good laboratory practices; assistance in other areas as needed Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements Apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform daily tasks Work directly and cooperatively with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure emphasis on quality

Responsibilities

  • Operating independently, this role executes complex production builds while providing on-floor support, guidance, and training to team members on operational procedures and best practices.

  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb, any other physical requirements

Compensation

  • This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
