About the role
- We're seeking a Part-Time Insurance Verification Associate with deep expertise in dental insurance plans and payer systems.
Responsibilities
- Document gaps clearly - including what's wrong, why it matters, and what the correct behavior should be - in formats that engineering and product can act on
- Partner with engineering to drive resolution of identified gaps, providing context and clarification throughout the fix cycle
- Validate that fixes are accurate once implemented, and flag regressions
- This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role - you won't just flag issues, you'll own them through to resolution.

- Part-Time hourly contract (5-15 hours per week)
- Prior experience writing documentation or requirements for technical teams

- Prior experience with dental software platforms or DSOs, and familiarity with how verification is handled in practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Denticon, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
