Job Purpose and Summary: This is a remote position and may sit anywhere within the U.S. The Sr.
Acts independently to address issues, guide direction, and provide analysis for planning initiatives.

Manage strategic projects and programs workstreams, such as, Scorable Action Items, ensuring the end state of the project meets business objectives, agreed upon metrics and outlines deliverables with due dates.
Navigate a highly matrixed, collaborative work environment to meet goals. Skilled at developing positive interpersonal relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise to facilitate effective collaboration.
Manager works across the Aetna and CVS enterprise in a highly collaborative partnership with multiple business units to drive better clinical outcomes and cost-savings initiatives.

Manager will facilitate efforts to develop clinical strategies and implement new innovation projects.

Position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office suite e.g., (PowerPoint and Excel).

Masters in related field (MBA, MPP, MPH, MPA, MHA, MSHP, etc.) preferred but not required.
2+ years work experience in managed care preferred but not required (preferably for Medicare and/or dual-eligible beneficiaries).

The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
