- The HR Manager integrates strategic thinking, business acumen, and day-to-day HR leadership across recruiting, talent, performance management, employee engagement, compliance and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Partner with site and business leaders to align on business objectives each day to provide HR guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, and organizational needs.
- Lead core talent activities, including recruiting support, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and onboarding for new hires.
- Coach managers through employee issues, team challenges, and development opportunities while helping create a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Support organizational changes and site initiatives by helping leaders communicate effectively, manage transitions, and reinforce company culture.
- Builds trust quickly and forms strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Coaches and influences leaders effectively while balancing support, accountability, and sound judgment.
Requirements
- Approaches challenges with emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to navigate complex situations with discretion.
- Travel Required
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- an advanced degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or other technical teams is helpful in this role.
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization is a plus.
