Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Monitor the building automation system to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including equipment inventory and work orders. (Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repair activities, work order and equipment inventory)
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to guest services.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Working knowledge of computerized Building Maintenance Systems is an asset

- Must be able to work effectively in a high pace environment
- Must be willing to learn, self motivated and be comfortable working in a technically demanding environment
