OceanaGold is a global intermediate gold and copper producer with more than 35 years of exploration, development and operating experience.
We have four operating mines - Haile in the USA, Macraes and Waihi in New Zealand, and Didipio in the Philippines and a global workforce of ~5,400 employees and contractors.

Lead and execute a high-impact investor relations strategy aligned to business objectives
Deliver clear, compelling messaging on performance, strategy, and growth
Lead all investor engagement, including earnings calls, roadshows, and shareholder events
Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executives to align external messaging
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling messages and build relationships with investors and analysts.

To be considered for this role, you must have valid working rights in the country where the role is located.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Geology or other mining related field.
Proficiency in financial modelling, market analysis, and investor presentation tools.

Prior roles in investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance can be highly advantageous.
