About the role

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable Projects with firm vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Maintain and organize electronic documents within BEC and physical files.
  • Maintain calendaring as directed by the Firm management team and/or attorneys.
  • Download Court Documents and file into File Site.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Data Management: Input and manage data in various legal software and databases.
  • Maintain and organize electronic documents within BEC and physical files.
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
  • High School Degree or equivalent experience.
