About the role
- The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to assist the Operations/Rooms Manager with overall property condition, oversee all duties performed by the housekeeping staff, responding to guest requests/work orders, coordinating vendor projects and improving the overall aesthetics of the property.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout guest rooms and public spaces.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments to maintain room readiness and property standards.
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and developing housekeeping team members.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time Excellent organizational and time management skills Must exhibit good judgment while performing under pressure.
- Must be dedicated to our goal of providing superior guest experiences.
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.
- Candidate must have open availability.
