Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
- If you are an applicant from the United States, Guam, or Puerto Rico

Nice to have
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
