Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned
- Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards
- Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed
- Run errands to support the property as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, EPA certification required
- must be attained within 90 days of hire
- Perform other duties as required
- May occasionally be required to assist at other
Skills
- Computer proficiency preferred
- Other Requirements: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
