About the role

We are looking for individuals in Windsor, CO with deep residential electrical install experience to help us improve processes and procedures that will ensure high quality and efficiency.

Extensive residential retrofit experience required
Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Install required electrical to support heat pump installs
Journeyman/Licensed electrician license or Wireman License
Well versed in newer technologies like SMART panels, splitters, sub-panels, to optimize when faced with main panel or full service upgrades
Well versed in modern residential electrical building codes
Excellent problem-solving skills
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
Valid driver's license
