- The Project Coordinator, Low Voltage is responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to work orders.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in executing work orders.
- Ensure detailed checklists for deliverables are followed. Validate each task is completed thoroughly and meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ideal candidate will have experience with Physical Security projects involving door access, surveillance cameras, and intrusion alarms.
- Experience in engaging cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- 2 years of Project Coordination experience is required.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience coordinating projects involving low voltage is preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of operations management principles and best practices.
- Ability to optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with project management framework and standards.
- Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to develop and implement solutions.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor work orders and tasks.
- Competence in using project management software.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in execution.
- Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
- Ensuring quality control measures are in place and followed.
