What You'll Be Doing This isn't just a job-it's a calling.

As the Assistant Director of Outreach, you will collaborate with the Director of Outreach to develop and implement strategic initiatives that foster engagement and build strong relationships with our local partners as well as developing new opportunities to love on all of God's people, in all seasons of life.
Your Day-to-Day Every day looks different, but here's a snapshot of what you'll be up to: Assist with the communication and maintaining of healthy relationships with both our local partners of BattleCreek partners to serve the Tulsa community Assist the Director of Outreach in the planning and execution of internal missions trips.
Communicate with, train, and equip our CarePortal teams (response teams, volunteers, campus leaders) Assists our Connections Ministers at their campuses, posting a need on CarePortal, partnering for events, and helping identify local outreach partners.

Up to 30% travel required Assist in the processing of benevolence applications and requests Manage all aspects of the CarePortal outreach to meet the needs of the Tulsa community.

Experience working in the non-profit sector, specifically in missions and outreach is a plus.

The Essentials Depending on the role, you might find yourself in an office, on stage, out in the community, or working behind the scenes.
Evening and weekend hours may be required-it's all part of ministry life!
This role is primarily office-based but may involve some physical activity, including standing, lifting (up to 20 pounds), kneeling, setting up equipment, or prepping for events-sometimes even late at night.
