Responsibilities
- Plans, develops, and directs comprehensive training programs to ensure consistent customer service, communication standards, technology utilization, and operational effectiveness.
- Maintains accountability for departmental budgets, operational resources, contracts, technology investments, and sound fiscal management.
- Develops, implements, assesses, and continuously improves departmental programs, services, procedures, technologies, and operational effectiveness.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have or qualify for a valid Texas driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discrimination in sound.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

- Maintains current knowledge of higher education trends, enrollment management best practices, customer relationship management technologies, and applicable federal, state, and institutional regulations.
- Management experience in higher education enrollment management, admissions, student services, recruitment, enrollment communications, or related student success functions is required.
- Knowledge of Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board regulations and higher education enrollment practices.
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws governing higher education, including FERPA and related student privacy requirements.
