About the role
- PolyNovo is currently searching for a Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team.
- This is a hybrid position based out of PolyNovo's Carlsbad, CA office.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and communicate key messages effectively to targeted audiences.
Responsibilities
- Help maximize brand exposure by identifying and implementing strategies to increase event engagement and lead generation.
- Develop graphics and compelling marketing content, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and digital assets.
- Support content needs for internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding.
- Partner with the Sales team to create and distribute tools that clearly communicate PolyNovo's product value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
- Maintain and update assets within content management platform.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics to optimize engagement and reach with target audiences.
Requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
- Familiarity with CRM and Project Management tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required for events.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Flexibility to travel as required for events. Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Graphic design experience desired.
- Digital Marketing experience desired

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
