  • About this opportunity
  • As a Driver File Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing background reports, verifying employment history, and ensuring all driver qualification files meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Pay and Schedule
  • Review and evaluate background reports, criminal history, motor vehicle records and other records
  • Verifying previous employment including contacting prior employer to confirm work history and safety performance
  • Identify discrepancies or concerns in background check and escalate issues as needed
  • Obtain, evaluate and enter complete and accurate information into the databases
  • Perform audits on students who have recently graduated from a truck driving school
  • Perform audits for experienced driver files
  • Compile required paperwork for DOT files. Personnel and training files
  • Update driers license, medical card and other driver file maintenance information in a timely manner
  • Issue rider permits for passengers
  • Handle verification request
