- Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000.
Responsibilities
- Program Support & Delivery
- Support the planning and execution of transformation programs focused on system and process enhancements.
- Act as the North America voice in global transformation forums, ensuring regional requirements are considered in global design.
- Collaborate with global teams to align on implementation strategies and timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships across Planning, Commercial, Logistics, Finance, and Partner Hubs to surface regional needs early in global program design.
- Support change management activities including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Help drive adoption of new systems and processes across Customer Operations.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity; able to structure problems, prioritize, and drive progress without complete information.
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities in a very dynamic environment.

Requirements
- Required: Finite Scheduling, SAP APO, SAP ECC, Kinaxis Maestro (formerly Rapid Response).
Nice to have
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
- Work closely with Customer Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless integration of transformation efforts.
- Assist in defining and tracking KPIs to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in supply chain and project management with clear competence in SC planning, analytics, and technology.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex planning topics into clear narratives for senior stakeholders and end-users alike.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000.
