About the role
- As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the initial voice of Euna Solutions for prospective customers across our product lines.
- In this role, you'll engage public sector leaders across North America-responding to expressed interest while also identifying and pursuing new opportunities within target accounts and territories.

Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, website forms, and product inquiries
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM hygiene in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign quality, messaging, and lead performance
- Partner with Sales to align on account strategies, follow-up plans, and opportunity handoff
- Drive for continuous improvement, with examples of improving processes or outcomes
- Designed to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and compliance, Euna Solutions supports more than 3,400 organizations across North America in building trust, enabling transparency, and driving community impact.
Requirements
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals and performance objectives
Nice to have
- Experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce, is a plus
