About the role
- Project Coordinators play a key role in supporting Project Managers and helping keep projects organized, moving forward, and on schedule.
- This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven position that involves regular communication with clients, utility agencies, municipalities, and internal teams.
- Projects range from single-family residential developments to large commercial and multi-family projects throughout Southern California.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers throughout all phases of a project
- Review plans and project documents for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain positive client relationships through clear and professional communication
- Assist with project documentation, reporting, and administrative support
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Schedule & Work Environment
- Candidates must be local to Southern California
- In-office position (remote work is not available)
- Alternative work schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
