About the role

  • Project Coordinators play a key role in supporting Project Managers and helping keep projects organized, moving forward, and on schedule.
  • This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven position that involves regular communication with clients, utility agencies, municipalities, and internal teams.
  • Projects range from single-family residential developments to large commercial and multi-family projects throughout Southern California.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers throughout all phases of a project
  • Review plans and project documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain positive client relationships through clear and professional communication
  • Assist with project documentation, reporting, and administrative support

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
