About the role
- Ramp's Strategic Finance team sits at the center of how the company allocates its time and resources.
- Whether you lean toward GTM strategy, FP&A infrastructure, or broad strategic partnership, this is a rare opportunity to shape a pre-IPO company at a pivotal moment in its growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and own detailed financial and operational models with the highest quality and accuracy
- Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams, evaluating tradeoffs across growth, efficiency, and resourcing
- Identify and develop KPIs
- build dashboards to monitor performance and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability
- Manage company performance against financial targets - identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate
- Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org
- Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed)
Requirements
- A "get things done" mentality - you dissect complex problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
Nice to have
- Curiosity about AI tools - prior experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
- Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
