Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality design work, from conception to delivery, for various products on the Stedi platform
- Work collaboratively and build with engineers and our customer team to identify and solve user, product, and business problems
- Improve our internal design system, and push for higher quality across the whole product, not just the screens in front of you.
- 4+ years of product design experience at a product-driven tech company shipping software
- Have good practical knowledge of end-to-end product design - from user research through high-fidelity design and developer handoff.
- Comfortable working with engineering, design, and business teams
- Comfortable building iteratively to gather feedback
- Developers and AI agents build their own interface on top of it.
Requirements
- Frontend development experience with React, Next.js and HTML/CSS
- Experience shipping software that works on complex problems, such as developer tools, revenue-cycle management, fintech systems, process management, or others
