About the role

  • The Part-Time Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and leading the sales team during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with every customer.
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales & Performance Drive daily sales and achieve individual and store goals.
  • Lead by example through suggestive selling and cross-selling.
  • Coach and develop Sales Associates through real-time feedback.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
  • Create an engaging shopping environment that reflects the Reebok brand.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
