- Join our Harness Racing team as an Identifier / Paddock Judge, where accuracy, fairness, and attention to detail help ensure every race is run correctly and every guest experience is trustworthy.
- This unique role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our racing program while supporting smooth, professional race-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Support race-day operations and assist with related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission rules and procedures
- Ability to read a Condition Sheet and interpret race entries accurately
- Ability to write clear, routine reports and documentation
- Ability to stay alert and focused in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of experience in the Harness Racing industry preferred
