Responsibilities
- Own the leasing sales cycle: respond to leads, qualify prospects, schedule tours, present apartment value, overcome objections, and close leases.
- Deliver a strong prospect and resident experience through consultative selling, professional communication, and reliable follow-through.
- Support AIR communities as needed and follow all Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced, goal-based environment.
Nice to have
- $20.00 per hour base pay plus tiered commission opportunities tied to leasing goals, premium apartment homes, pricing targets, and lease-term performance.
