About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring that all company sales invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • This includes reviewing, verifying, and reconciling sales invoices, as well as assisting with the overall financial operations of the company by ensuring that accounts receivable records are kept up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
