Responsibilities
- Thinks big About the team AWS CloudFormation is the foundational Infrastructure as Code (IaC) service from AWS, enabling millions of customers to model, provision, and manage their cloud resources through templates.
- Our team owns the frontend public API layer, template and operation validations, deployment safety rules, and third-party (3P) hooks - the critical layers between the customer and the CloudFormation engine.
Requirements
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- You have a background in software development and product management, specific to software platforms and ecosystems.

- 8+ years of successful technology products work from ideation through launch experience.
