We're looking for a highly technical generalist who thrives at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, and Operations.
If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and creating scalable solutions, this role is for you.

Build and ship technical solutions across backend, frontend, data, and internal tooling.
Develop and operate AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations that improve team productivity.
Own marketing and growth infrastructure, including analytics, event tracking, attribution, and data quality.
Partner across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive projects from idea to execution.
Hands-on experience building or operating AI workflows, agents, or internal automation tools.

3+ years in a highly cross-functional technical role such as Technical Operations, Growth Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar.
Ability to read and contribute to backend code (Go, Python, TypeScript, or similar).
Experience with marketing technology, analytics, and event instrumentation.
Excellent written communication and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with marketplaces, fintech, crypto, or other high-trust platforms.
Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, Looker, Slack automations, Webflow, or modern AI tooling.
