Requirements
- Ability to use a computer, computer software, keyboard, databases, and calculator.
- Ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have
- Previous leadership experience in nonprofit, community engagement, or social impact programs on behalf of large- scale/multi-faceted organizations.
- Excellent project and event management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate program effectiveness, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality control.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills with an excellent grasp of English language including grammar and punctuation.
- Working knowledge of consumer financial services industry is preferred.
Compensation
- Base starting range: $132,442 to $155,813 annually commensurate with experience.
- Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
- Employee performance incentive plan
- Salary Advancement- Merit increase based on performance
- 0% interest loan to support employees with expenses associated with the naturalization process. Loan amount up to $15,000.
