About the role
- The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into actionable insights to commercial and finance leadership.

- Assume ownership for management reporting package and tracking of various key performance metrics.
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy by identifying trends, gaps, and process enhancements
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business drivers across the full P&L (volume/sales, trade, COGS, marketing, SG&A) and price/volume/mix analysis
- Champion an analytical mindset and discipline to provide data-driven financial advisory across cross-functional teams.
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience and strong understanding of business, brand, & customer strategy
- Robust analytical skills, with focus on problem-solving and continuous process improvement
- Strong emphasis on business partnership, with ability to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally
- Highly proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint & other Microsoft products
Compensation
- Support forecasting and budgeting routines (monthly forecasts, annual plans, and multi-year strategic outlook) by partnering with cross functional teams to incorporate key assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
