deliver indoctrination, compliance refresher, and LMS user training.
Maintain complete, accurate, audit-ready digital and physical training records in the LMS, PRD, CQD, and maintenance qualification tracker.
document discrepancies and escalate unresolved record or compliance exceptions to Training or Operations leaders.
Keep training rooms, simulators, and support equipment ready for scheduled use

Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with crews, instructors, operations leaders, and cross-functional partners.

Coordinating sessions, maintaining audit-ready records, tracking qualification currency, and giving instructors and operations leaders clear visibility into required actions.
Train new hires and OJT trainers on required documentation processes and forms
Process training scores, milestones, PRIA/PRD requests, and required event reporting

2+ years of experience in LMS administration, training coordination, or learning and development support.
