Responsibilities
- Following up on leads from our digital marketing efforts
- Networking in the community to generate new leads through referrals and strategic partners
Nice to have
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales position within a landscaping company, nursery, or similar green industry organization
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance estimating processes and a demonstrated knowledge of plants
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Tech savvy with the ability to use computers and software including a robust CRM tool is a must and LMN experience is preferred.
Compensation
- We are offering a competitive starting pay with an overall total compensation of $100,000 annually or more (base+commission).
- This role comes with a base annual salary of $55,000 plus the opportunity for uncapped commission.
